Preferred rates are not available for Personal Lines of Credit, Credit Cards, Share Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit or any other Unsecured Loan. Late Charges: If your payment is more than 15 days late you will be charged a $20 late fee. DFCU Financial reserves the right to change rates at any time prior to loan closing.
